Hi I am Coach Paul and I am your coach!
Growing up I was very skinny and weak. Always the last kid to be chosen for any sport. I began to invest all my efforts into educating myself on how to build the body that I wanted. This hobby turned into a passion as I began to help others reach their fitness goals as well.
My mom was one of my biggest supporters and role models throughout my journey. She was such an intelligent and powerful woman. Now in her honor I strive to help as many women as I can become strong and powerful, not only physically but mentally as well. I am passionate about helping women step into the best version of themselves. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a long list of success stories. Let’s create your success story together!
