There’s a moment, usually somewhere between waking and remembering who we think we’re supposed to be, when the soul speaks in a language we used to understand.
It’s quiet.
It’s clean.
It’s unashamed.
And then the world rushes in, loud and fast, like a cold wave over warm skin, and we forget. We forget we are not passengers here. We forget we are not ornaments decorating a life that happens to us. We forget that every single thing we do. Every thought we allow, every word we whisper, every emotion we feed or starve, echoes out like a stone dropped in the center of a still lake.
We forget the ripple we are.
Because somewhere along the way, someone told us we were small.
Someone taught us to lower our voice.
Someone conditioned us to believe that power was something granted, not something emanated.
And so we shrink.
We survive.
We repeat the stories that were handed to us by people who were also repeating stories handed to them.
A generational echo of forgetting.
But the truth, the one that hums beneath the noise, the truth we feel in the marrow when we strip away the performance, is this…
You are broadcasting constantly.
Energetically, emotionally, spiritually, chemically.
You are a frequency long before you are a personality.
The body knows it.
The heart knows it.
Even your breath knows it. Shifting subtly, moment to moment, depending on what you believe to be true right now.
What we forget is that creation isn’t a grand mystical ceremony.
Creation is what you do all day long.
And the world, the universe, God, whatever name you choose, is responding. Not to your begging, not to your apologies, not to your guilt or your spiritual perfectionism… but to your vibration.
To the quiet, unfiltered frequency that leaks out of you when you’re tired of pretending.
That frequency is the real prayer.
We don’t talk about this enough because we live in a world addicted to reactivity. Everything is fast. Everything is loud. Everything is urgent. We’re pulled into other people’s panic, politics, projections. We’re conditioned to live life on the defense, waiting for the next crisis, the next headline, the next wound.
But no one thrives in reaction mode.
Reacting turns you into a mirror for someone else’s chaos.
Creating turns you into a force.
And you were born for force.
Not the brittle, ego-driven kind.
Not the performative “high vibe only” nonsense.
But the quiet, sovereign power that comes from remembering who the hell you are without the noise of the world telling you otherwise.
When you speak, you cast energy.
When you think, you shape direction.
When you choose, you form the architecture of your life.
This doesn’t mean every moment will be graceful.
It doesn’t mean every thought will be enlightened or every choice divine.
It means you matter.
It means your internal world is not a passive container but an active generator.
It means the universe is not ignoring you — it’s responding to the signal you’re broadcasting.
And god, how often we broadcast fear.
Not the kind we admit.
The subtle kind. The kind buried under self-sacrifice, people-pleasing, over-explaining, apologies for existing, swallowing truth to keep someone comfortable.
Fear wrapped in politeness.
Fear disguised as “being realistic.”
Fear masquerading as discipline, modesty, humility, common sense.
Every time we betray our intuition, we dim our frequency.
Every time we silence the voice in our gut, we distort our broadcast.
Every time we abandon ourselves for acceptance, we teach the universe to give us more of what hurts.
Because creation doesn’t discriminate.
It reflects.
And life will reflect whatever frequency we are most loyal to.
But here’s the part we forget:
We can tune ourselves.
Like an instrument that’s been ignored, left in the wrong climate, exposed to too much cold, too much heat, too many hands that didn’t know how to hold it…
you can tune back into truth.
You can recalibrate.
Breath.
Stillness.
Honesty.
Boundaries.
Words spoken with intention instead of desperation.
Food chosen out of reverence instead of self-punishment.
Relationships chosen out of alignment, not loneliness.
Music that nourishes instead of numbs.
Silence that restores instead of threatens.
Every one of these choices shifts your frequency.
Every one of these choices sends a new signal.
People think transformation is radical or dramatic.
But it’s not.
It’s incremental.
It’s subtle.
It’s the simple, unglamorous practice of remembering (again and again) that you were never powerless. You were simply disconnected.
You forgot the ripple you are.
And here is the most liberating truth of all:
You don’t have to change everything.
You only have to shift one internal degree.
Because when a ripple begins, it doesn’t need permission to expand. It doesn’t need confidence or certainty or a five-step plan. A ripple moves because that is its nature.
You move the same way.
One awakened thought.
One honest conversation.
One decision rooted in self-respect instead of fear.
One moment of refusing self-betrayal.
One word spoken with intention instead of reflex.
Creation begins.
Reality reshaped.
Frequency rises.
The world around you rearranges to meet the new signal.
This is not magic.
This is design.
This is physics.
This is spirit.
This is the remembering of what your body has known since the moment your soul slipped into form…
You do not just move
through the world.
You imprint it.
You influence it.
You alter it.
You change the chemistry of the spaces you enter.
You shift the emotional climate of the people you speak to.
You affect timeliness simply by waking up and daring to live in truth instead of programming.
You are the stone.
You are the impact.
You are the wave.
You are the ripple you keep forgetting you are.
And now, here, in this moment, you remember.
