The highest form of good is like water, making room for all things
Looking, hearing, touching, tasting, feeling are all experiences of acceptance. We become what we accept as real. Is this a good day or bad day? Am I loving kindness or another possibility?
Without choice, silent, motionless, thoughtless, each being rests as the perfect Source, waiting to choose, think, speak, move. From no-thing we become some-thing, for a moment , passing through these bodies we call “I”.
Simply stop moving your body and your senses become more obvious. Observing your senses, starting with the air passing through your nose, down to and filling your lungs, into your blood, out into your cells, and back to your lungs, and out your nose. This choice, watching breath, is still, undisturbed watching, knowing the life process always here, always unfolding.
Then with determined persistence, through the doorways of senses, appears our highest imaginable good, offering itself to any form we choose.
