All humans have varying levels of anxiety throughout their life. Previously, I discussed the anxiety in my life. Some people have chronic anxiety. Some people have acute episodes of anxiety. Other people have both types.
Many mental health experts suggest that it isn’t healthy. They’re right, but they’re also wrong. Believe it or not, anxiety can benefit some people.

My Final Words
Everything serves a purpose in life. Almost all things has its advantages and disadvantages. Anxiety is no exception. I told you some of the advantages. Conversely, one of its main disadvantages is fear of criticism.
My house nearly died from a fire. My health is failing me. It took time to get the courage to vocalize it publicly. There’s more, but the point is becoming intimate with anxiety helps you to be transparent with others.
Some people may look at you and walk away. Some people may stand by your side and recognize your imperfections within themselves. Although, very few people (if any) will beat up on you when you’re already wounded by the trials of life.
Anxiety is no stranger to anybody. Some may continue to keep parts of their life covered up, but I refuse to cover it up.
Firstly, it’s not fair to myself. Ignoring disturbing areas of my life will never address those problems. Secondly, it’s not fair to anyone else. I believe withholding that type of information only presents a misleading representation of my life to others.
Reaching the finish line is my core message. So, I will use anxiety as an opportunity to learn from those experiences and share them with others. It’s my intention that my life can inspire you to reach the finish line.
