CHOOSE NOW

The over the shoulder look at our shadows is a metaphor for our past experiences which we subconsciously stored and may process when they are not as important as they seem. The empty, lonely, fearful feeling is the experience of your past.
Notice your past is an experience and choose now to experience with your eyes, ears, posture, awareness the present, real, miraculous, ongoing world. Choose awe and you will become awe-full.
