A healthy self esteem is the cornerstone to personal growth, development, and reveals the true reasons why we are here and what we are here to do.
I have lived through, and continue to live and work to overcome self esteem issues that can get in the way of me making the right choices for me. When we feel down about ourselves we tend to choose poorly when it comes to the choices in our life. In this video, I am revealing four things we do that undermine ourselves and make us feel badly about ourselves.
