I wish I knew then what I know now. We all say that, right?
The truths we figure out through living our life are life-changing and these life-changing truths should be shared to help others. I want to share these nine truths that I wish I would have known when I was younger. If I had known these truths in my earlier years my life would have been less painful and I would have put myself out there more because I would have believed in myself more and with great honesty.
No matter how old you are these truths are still true and can impact your life in a powerful way. Once we compute these to memory and accept them as factual we can then proceed throughout our life with clarity and mental and emotional honesty.
Most of our suffering is due to the falsehoods we believe about life and those falsehoods usually incorporate negative personal thoughts as well. The more truths we live by and incorporate into our daily life, the less we are a victim and the less we suffer.
Many of us were raised in an unhealthy family with an unhealthy family dynamic. This unhealthy upbringing caused us to believe we must people please, that we aren’t good enough otherwise our parents would treat us differently, and the list goes on.
This video will awaken your childlike innocence as well as the wise Buddha or prophet that lives within us all. We must let go of the things that hold us back to move on with a life we can be proud of.
