How often do you engage in self-sabotage? In order to stop, you must understand why you do it in the first place.
What fuels the fire? Have you listened to or paid attention to your thoughts? Do you know that you’re constantly thinking even when you aren’t paying attention to your mind? Your thoughts will make you feel a specific way — upset, sad, depressed, overwhelmed, etc …
It’s also important to notice what is your choice of sabotage? How long has this been a part of your life? Some of us are sabotaging ourselves in a large way, sometimes we are sabotaging almost under-cover. We could be getting highly intoxicated every night and feeling horrible the next morning, or we could be just not eating lunch and starving throughout the day. Sometimes it can be challenging to catch it when the sabotage is more under the radar. Sometimes it is easier to catch yourself in the self-sabotage and work backward to find the thoughts that previously entered your mind.
Are you ready to know why you sabotage? Are you ready to take more positive control over your life? If you missed the previous video on this topic you can find it HERE.
