Ever notice that when you feel like sh*t, you fall out of alignment with your greatness and purpose?
When you feel low, off, sluggish or defeated, you embody that state through your actions and habits.
You lose your spark, your momentum, your consistency.
And since your life is simply the sum of your actions and habits (and you only get ONE life) doesn’t it make sense to do everything in your power to make sure you are showing up in a positive, powerful and energetic state?
Well since I help people everyday level up their mindset, emotional state, and physical state to overcome the fears, doubts, anxieties and obstacles that are keeping them trapped in unfulfilling lives…
I’ll go ahead and spill the beans.
YES. Consistently elevating your physical and mental state consistently elevates your choices.
And like an unbreakable math formula, consistently aligning positive thoughts with constructive, goal aligned actions ALWAYS produces good results.
So start paying attention to the people, activities, foods, drinks, and social media feeds that lower your physical and emotional state.
And, like your life depended on it, CHOOSE to cut them out.
Why? Because you matter. Your success matters.
Your purpose matters.
And you, your family, your friends and this world deserve the best of you.
But remember…this only works when done CONSISTENTLY.
Even in the face of stress, doubt, discomfort and overwhelm…
You must rise above the temporary emotions and feelings that will convince you to settle for less than you deserve.
And I totally get that last part is WAY easier said than done since the human mind is actually wired to work against you.
