There is something familiar about the way people are defending the overt racism, misogyny and bigotry that are happening right now in the US.
We hear the same tired demonstrably false excuses every time there is an unarmed black man killed by another police officer. So much so that there is a thing called Racism Denial Bingo.
It’s the same thing with Trump. The litany of identical excuses for why people continue to support this candidate even though he as been clear about exactly what his policies are.
With apologies to the game of Bingo, it seemed high time to collect them on a Bingo card of its own. And so, without further ado:

You hate Neo-Nazis, fantastic. It is a shame that your plagiarist shill in Chief has been supporting, training, arming and endorsing Nazis in Ukraine for nearly THREE YEARS. Hell, their flag still carries the Aryan Nations dagger on it. Maybe you should look around tathe world actions over hype and brandished epithets in a liberal media bubble. Signed white guy with two degrees, 15 years military service, 9 global mobilizations for U.S. MURDER INC. and a second language.
Is this a men’s movement or a political symposium using men (what else is new) as a prop, click bait?
There are more “I hate men”, “I hate Trump”, “I hate white men” posts here then actual discussion of men’s issues.
That does not seem strange to anyone else?
Just everybody but the people who write here
DJ – Thanks for your comment. I haven’t read an “I hate men” piece yet. Maybe you could direct me to one. As for Trump, this is not about “using men as a prop.” In my opinion it transcends politics. The man is supported by white supremacists, neo-nazis, the KKK, and dictators around the world. There is a reason for that. He is a bigot, a xenophobe, a racist, and a misogynist, and I believe he poses an existential threat to this country. In my view, he is the living embodiment of the complete opposite of the values of the… Read more »
By the way, if you’d like to submit a post on a particular men’s issue of interest, we are always receptive to that.
Just a reminder, KKK in California supports Hillary and one of Hillary’s mentors was a grand wizard. As one of the deplorable, what you’ve stated here is YOUR opinion. I have muslim friends, in fact my daughter-in-law is a Muslim from Turkey. My wife is Mexican … NONE of them see Trump as you do.
Tom – Trumps biggest supports tend to be white males without a college education while he historically struggles with women and minorities. Out of a Gallop poll done a few months ago, 7 out of 10 women had an unfavorable opinion of Trump. And in all honesty, could you really blame us? He sees women as sex objects. It always comes down to our looks. He has said creepy things about his own daughters and a 12 year old Paris Hilton. It is speculated that he raped a 13 year old. There is just so much material out there that… Read more »
Given the fact that my wife is obviously a women and she’s also a minority, my daughter-in-law a Muslim, I can easily do as you request. Yup, he’s done some things I don’t like. Don’t you have to wonder why some women are for him? Don’t you have to wonder why some minorities are for him as well. Then I have to ask you that because you said Trumps biggest supports tend to be white males without a college education …” are you saying that the majority of white middle class men see women as sex objects and are the… Read more »
I don’t like Trump but it’s funny that he’s being painted as the next Hitler for things he “might” do in office, but I’m supposed to just forgive Clontpn for things she has already done.
You forgot about how she stated a 12 year old rape victim was asking for it.
No 8ball. This isn’t only about what he “might do” in office. Of which, if you are honest, people speculate a lot about what Hillary “might do” too. This is about what he has done. How he treats people. How he brags about bucking taxes for years. How he makes every woman a player in his imagined beauty pageant. How he regularly calls women pigs. How he actually supports stop and frisk and believes Mexican men are rapists. Of which I am surprised you are okay with. How he was once a Dem, and a friend to the Clintons, until… Read more »
I could tag them with the #IHATEMEN moniker for your but we all know the mods would never let that fly. Half of my comments are routinely deleted when I point out the double standard. It is called confirmation bias. You don’t see I because it doesn’t fit your narrative and agenda from the grandstand – but it is prevalent and deeply seated.
What seems strange to me is that you honestly believe any article here represented a “I hate men” or “I hate white men” mentality. I think closer to the truth is that some men find it really difficult to receive any kind of cultural criticism about the role, (white) men have played in shaping the country we live in and the influence they have had among themselves and within other groups of people. Any piece that asks men to look inward at other men, possibly not even themselves, is met with sharp push back and criticism. If an article doesn’t… Read more »
