You are in a
nightclub washroom
and in walks
a celebrity you recognize.
They are talking on the phone and are so preoccupied with the conversation that they don’t even notice you’re there and assume they’re alone. You know someone who is a huge fan of theirs, so you decide to take a picture–even though you know it’s a violation of their privacy. But while you have your smartphone camera up, they start talking about something that some people might find very surprising–if not shocking. It’s not the sort of thing that would ruin their career, but it would prove embarrassing if people found out about it. At that moment you COULD start filming it, knowing that if you did you could sell the footage to a website like TMZ or Gawker.
