The intense thrill ride ‘Venom’ is coming to Blu-Ray
I remember not being that excited for Venom at first. The trailers didn’t give me much hope for this film and I feared it was going to be bad. When I saw it though this movie turned out to be better than I expected it to be. So when I heard it was coming out on Blu-Ray I hoped I would get to watch it again. I was able to get a review copy and this is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for Venom here:
Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) is a broken man after he loses everything including his job and fiancee. Just when his life is at its lowest, he becomes host to an alien symbiote which results in extraordinary superpowers – transforming him into Venom. Will these powers be enough for this new lethal protector to defeat great evil forces, especially against the far stronger and more weaponized symbiote rival, Riot?
It was fun getting to watch Venom again. Although this film has some flaws, it overall is pretty good. It takes a new direction for this character, and takes viewers on a rather intense ride. ‘From Symbiote to Screen’ shows the history of this character and tells the story of how it was brought to the big screen. ‘The Lethal Protector in Action’ takes viewers behind the scenes and explains how many of the stunts in this movie came to life. There are also a few great deleted/ extended scenes. If you want to learn more about Venom click on this website.
Venom arrives on Blu-Ray combo pack and DVD December 18th. You can follow this movie on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
