I'm Lynsey, a life-long author of works unpublished who is finally stepping up to be seen. An unexpected awakening catapulted me out of co-dependency and through a rite of passage that has seen me shed my old identity and step fully into who I was all along.

I am an Holistic Counsellor, and Inner Child Mentor; I love hearing people's stories and witnessing their expansion as they reclaim the fragmented parts of self. I hope my work and my writing ignites the spark of remembrance in others so that they too can be become empowered, aligned and free.
