I train at the gym at least four times a week. I change my routine every three months so I don’t get bored with it. I also count the macros I eat and opt to eat more natural foods rather than fast food. Working out not only improves my physical wellbeing but also my mental health.
I do my best to open up to close friends and share my troubles to avoid feeling down or depressed. I enjoy meeting them as we just chill, and have conversations ranging from deep to downright weird while listening to good music. Being with people I have a deep connection with is enough to get me through a hectic week. I write too, as writing helps me express feelings that may remain suppressed if I didn’t write about them.
