Men, Competition and Jealousy: A Potentially Destructive Force
While there are those out there who make the case that a little bit of jealousy is harmless, even a minor level of envy can be potentially problematic in that it can frequently amplify and fester within one’s soul and anger up the blood.
What did you learn from it all that you can share with other readers? (Be sure to include your “AHA!” moment!)

Wednesdays
Multiple Topics/Conscious Intersectionality
Wednesdays time varies, RSVP below and watch for emails. Usually 8 or 9 pm Eastern Time/5 or 6 pm Pacific, and sometimes mid-day.
Every Wednesday is a different topic! We have a variety of leaders who are best suited to the depth and breadth of topics we talk about on The Good Men Project. Past calls have included topics such as gender norms, human rights, social media, and ways in which the world is changing.
Calls that focus on intersectionality (but not all of them do) will help those with an understanding of what sexism, racism, homo/transphobia take an even deeper dive into the issues. Conscious Intersectionality is a place to de-mystify where, why, and how various systems of oppression intersect and how the lack of acknowledgment of said intersections can render groups of people invisible and denied agency.

The Good Men Project is different from most media companies. We are a “participatory media company”—which means we don’t just have content you read and share and comment on but it means we have multiple ways you can actively be a part of the conversation. As you become a deeper part of the conversation—The Conversation No One Else is Having—you will learn all of the ways we support our Writers’ Community—community FB groups, weekly conference calls, classes in writing, editing platform building and How to Create Social Change.
