David-Paul Cavazos leads the company’s mid-west region for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), clinical documentation and information technology services, fusing on hospitals and practices in Kansas and Missouri. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets in the mid-west.
In his previous role with Noble Health System, David-Paul served as the Vice President of Operations for Noble Health Corp, and was the Vice President and Regional CEO for Noble Health Management. Prior to joining Noble Health, David-Paul served as the CEO for Republic County Hospital in North Central Kansas.
David-Paul is a dynamic leader with over 24 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry and is passionate about advancing patient-centric healthcare services in the Midwest.
David-Paul believes that the care of each patient matters, and has proactively sought to advance the delivery of the highest quality of care in every environment he has led, seeking operational excellence combined with strong strategic collaborations and an organizational culture driven by transparency, teamwork, commitment, and accountability. David-Paul believes these core values will change the way we deliver healthcare in today’s industry.
David-Paul holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in hospital administration from Ottawa University, a bachelor’s degree in ancient and classical studies from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and an associate’s degree in radiology from the Metropolitan Community College at Penn Valley.
