My low self-esteem and self-worth allowed me to constantly question if I was valuable.
I never felt happiness or that I even deserved happiness.
It didn’t matter that I have a graduate degree.
It didn’t matter that I successfully led and managed a $350 million business.
It didn’t matter that I had a nice bank account.
It didn’t matter that I had two beautiful, healthy, straight A student daughters.
It didn’t matter that I had a beautiful wife after spending years alone.
It didn’t matter that we vacationed to tropical destinations annually.
It didn’t matter that I had the house of my dreams.
I was empty and incomplete.
Alone.
I learned that when you do not have yourself, when you cannot feel your worth, your value…
You have nothing.
The outside world will never give you what you lack inside.
Emptiness inside cannot be filled from the outside.
The internal void will exist until you decide to do the work to discover your true nature.
I now feel my true value, worth, abundance, and love.
The outside supports my happiness…
But I am my own happiness.
It’s there for you if you want it.
You are worthy and valuable.
Just like everyone else.
You are enough. You have enough.
You just need to realize that inside happiness creates outside happiness, and decide to fill the void first.
Only then will you experience the true happiness and love that this world has to offer.
It’s just a matter of deciding that it is time.
