Jack Lalanne was a fitness industry pioneer. He introduced fitness to the nation with television shows, appearances, and educational speaking throughout 5 decades.
You read that right, for 5 decades Jack Lalanne taught America to be a fitter, healthier nation, and inspired thousands (if not millions) to take up a healthier lifestyle.

His workouts were geared towards the home – with Jack using everyday objects such as brooms, chairs, and of course the floor to show people how to exercise. It was amazing and way ahead of its time.

So you may be wondering what new live streaming Social Media apps like Periscope and Facebook Live have to do with “The Godfather of Fitness” Jack Lalanne. Well, everything really.
One thing is for sure, Jack would have been using these platforms to promote his fitness and wellness programs. He would have used them to educate housewives, professional women, men, and children.
As you can tell from reading this Jack Lalanne is one of my personal heroes. An amazing man with an amazing goal. So naturally when these apps launched I thought “what would Jack Lalanne do?”
The answer is to start a home exercise program that airs live 3 times a week. I genuinely believe he would be using those platforms an educational tool.
And I am happy to announce that I am now doing the same. 3 times a week for the last month I have produced a Live Exercise program called iScienceFit Live.
In this show, I go through a complete workout that you can do at home – right along with me! The show is free and the workouts are always different and unique.
You’ll save a ton of time working out at home, and you’ll find out that you can get in amazing shape with these short intense workouts. And I’m super excited to show you how in real time.
I think Jack would be proud (but maybe that’s my ego talking). You can tune into my Live workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am Eastern Time.
You can find them on my Facebook page or Live on Periscope.
Hope to see you there!
