The Voice Inside Of You
There’s a voice inside of you that makes your life a little harder than it should be.
That makes you doubt yourself.
That tells you that you aren’t a great parent.
That tell you that you shouldn’t dream because you aren’t special enough.
It’s ok to listen to that voice.
Sometimes it tells us things we need to hear but don’t want to listen too.
Other times we just need to tell it to shut the f*ck up and stop lying!
You’ve been blessed with the opportunity to love, look after and raise another human being.
One that is totally infatuated with you and watches what you do, how you do it and tries it’s little heart out to show you what they’ve learnt.
That’s damn scary but also the coolest thing in the world.
It’s a gift.
But the sad thing is that voice inside of you has paralyzed you from your ambitions.
It’s tricked you into doubting yourself and your greatness.
So you end up telling your kids to dream big and that they can be anything they want to be.
Yet the truth is you don’t believe that about yourself.
Now is the time that you should!
Not tomorrow
Not next week
Not when life calms down
Not when the timing is right
NOW!
