It’s not natural to not value yourself.
Sacrificing you own happiness for others helps no one.
It’s never healthy or beneficial for you to live your life feeling undeserving or unworthy of love or happiness.
Feeling like you cannot be yourself, changing yourself for the benefit of others leads only to more pain.
These are afflictions.
I lived with these afflictions for 43 years.
Living a life devoid of happiness is a choice.
These are conditioned thoughts and feelings which can be reconditioned.
If you believe life is “supposed” to be miserable, you are caught in a painful spiral.
Life is beautiful, if you allow it to be.
You first need to realize that you are enough.
You can be authentic and genuine, and have the happiness you desire.
You are equal to everyone else.
And no one is created to be unhappy or unfulfilled.
It’s up to you.
Happiness is a choice.
