When you interact with the world, with the people in your life, or even strangers, are you aware that the energy you project is a mirror of your relationship with yourself?
The way you treat others — whether with kindness, judgment, love, or resentment — exposes the unspoken truths about how you treat and perceive yourself.
If we dig into this concept, the reflection becomes undeniable.
How often do we find ourselves angry at others, yet fail to acknowledge the anger we harbor within?
Right now, I see so many people who claim to stand for light and love, but their actions and words tell a different story.
Fear, anxiety, and sorrow seem to have gripped their hearts, manifesting in blame, shame, judgement and an almost relentless focus on darkness. Instead of spreading hope or healing, they amplify the very things they claim to fight against. It’s not uncommon to hear phrases like “You can’t fight fire with fire,” and yet, here we are, attempting to combat the shadows of the world with more shadows.
We see this everywhere — in our relationships, our communities, and our society at large. Someone preaches compassion, but their posts are filled with venom toward those who think differently. A person advocates for love but tears down their partner with cutting words. A leader rallies for justice but incites anger and division. This pattern of pointing outward, instead of looking inward, perpetuates a cycle that cannot lead to the positive change we claim to desire.
Energy flows where attention goes. If your focus is on the brokenness of others or the world, driven by frustration or fear, you are feeding that very brokenness.
Think of energy as a magnet; it attracts what matches its frequency. When you send out low-frequency energy, rooted in anger, sorrow, or anxiety, you aren’t just wasting your efforts — you’re reinforcing the very thing you want to change. Worse, you’re widening the gap between your current state and the higher-frequency reality you wish to manifest.
Low-frequency focus is sneaky.
It disguises itself as passion, as activism, even as care. But the truth is that it’s a mask for our own unresolved pain.
When we engage with the world in this way, we aren’t actually addressing the external problem — we’re projecting our internal wounds outward.
Imagine trying to plant a garden in soil filled with toxins. You may have the best seeds, the purest intentions, but nothing good will grow until the soil is healed.
Our inner world is the soil.
If it’s fertile, the seeds we plant — our dreams, relationships, and intentions — will thrive. But if it’s contaminated with negativity, shame, or fear, we’ll see those toxins reflected in everything we try to grow.
This is why simply “wanting” something isn’t enough.
You can’t manifest abundance while clinging to a mindset of scarcity.
You can’t call in love while your heart is closed off by past hurts.
And you can’t heal the world while fighting it with the same low-frequency energy you’re trying to change.
So, how do we shift?
How do we break this cycle and align our inner world with the higher frequencies of the outcomes we want?
The answer begins with self-awareness and responsibility.
→Face Your Inner Shadows: Recognize the fear, anger, or pain within yourself before you try to confront it in others. This isn’t about shame; it’s about honest introspection. What triggers you? Why? What old wounds are fueling your reactions?
→Choose Your Focus Wisely: Instead of pouring energy into what’s wrong, direct it toward what’s possible. This doesn’t mean ignoring problems; it means addressing them from a place of empowerment, not despair.
→Elevate Your Frequency: Love, joy, gratitude, and hope are high-frequency states that naturally attract positive change. When you operate from these places, your energy becomes magnetic to the goodness you seek.
→Heal Before You Act: Take the time to heal yourself before trying to heal the world. This doesn’t mean waiting until you’re “perfect” — healing is a journey — but it does mean being mindful of the energy you bring to any situation.
Our relationships are one of the clearest mirrors of our inner world. If you’re constantly frustrated with your partner, ask yourself where you’re being harsh on yourself. If you feel unappreciated by others, examine whether you’re valuing yourself. The dynamics we experience externally are often reflections of what’s happening internally.
When we heal ourselves, our relationships shift. When we approach others with love instead of judgment, we open the door for connection and understanding. And when we raise our own frequency, we inspire those around us to do the same.
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the state of the world today. Everywhere we look, there’s division, fear, and sorrow. But history has shown us that some of the greatest transformations come out of the darkest times. The brightest lights shine in contrast to the deepest shadows.
This is a pivotal moment for us as individuals and as a collective. We can choose to perpetuate the cycle of blame and shame, or we can rise above it. We can choose to focus on the darkness, or we can become the light.
Take a moment to pause and reflect.
How are you treating others right now? What does that reveal about how you’re treating yourself?
If there’s anger, fear, or judgment in your actions, take a step back and examine its roots. Instead of spreading more of what you don’t want, start cultivating what you do want — within yourself first.
Raise your frequency.
Elevate your energy.
The world won’t change because we yell louder or fight harder. It will change because we decided to heal ourselves and bring a higher consciousness into every interaction.
So, I ask you…
What energy are you choosing to bring to the world today?
Is it the energy of the life you desire, or the shadows of the wounds you carry?
The choice is yours.
Let’s make it count.
As always loving you from here,
