First, among many, that men and women should walk away from is anger. Anger corrodes the soul, distorts perception and vision, and hinders clarity of thought. Being angry at others, at tines, is natural in this command and control society we live in, yet reflection reveals universal truth: we cannot control anything but our own behaviors. Hence anger drains positive energy and it is, over time, a collosal waste of time. Tame your anger. It will be the greatest gift you can give yourself. Thrashing inanimate objects may provide momentary relief but fails to address root cause. Stop sweating little things. Incidentally, most of what has and will happen going forward is just that: little things.
