The hundreds of species of edible wild plants found hereabouts have been our sustainer’s and medicine chests since the dawn of humanity.
They have spread in our footsteps during the long journey northwards out of Africa.
Once our close companions, they now lay neglected in the wild corners, just waiting to be rediscovered by our primal senses.
