It boggles the mind to think you can be in fear and still have faith that a peaceful resolution will become the truth of the day. Still, it is a truth that many of us are living each and every day. We have fear when we awake, fears of survival and fears of longevity. In many respects, it is hard to see workable solutions in a world that seems to be spinning out of control like a runaway train.
Fear of loss of income, a comfortable lifestyle, having or not having medical insurance, or fear of the planet’s means to survive the greedy footprint of man, or the fear never having basic human rights for all people of this country, people of color, the elderly, women, children, the disabled, gays and transgenders, the possibility can seem all too real.
But if you slow the breath now and next sit with yourself, then you can be in a state of fear and still have the ability to act in faith.
Fear is only an emotional reaction, a means of protection signaled from the mind to the body as a warning. It is a signal there is something out of alignment and a warning to be aware danger is near. It makes it obvious there is a problem to be solved, a new means of reaction, a response of solution that needs to be taken. Save the body and the mind is the goal of the warning of fear in the human house.
Fear is the only thing to be afraid of. Being frozen in fear allows you to resist being in action. Fear, in this case, allows you to be a victim, to be in the midst of pretending to be a long suffering hero. Truly being your own hero means to step from being your lower or small self and step up to being your higher or larger self. It is a matter of choice. When you choose your larger self, it enables you to be in two places at the same time, living in fear and in faith. Having the faith and the trust of solution allows you to move past the fear.
As long as you live solely in fear, the possibility of changing the fear into a positive reaction becomes almost impossible.
With faith, you can operate in the trust that your action will lead to solution. Each and every day we receive a chance to be more than we were yesterday. We can burn whatever is not needed, free the soul and float high and in mid-air, floating like a freed ash rising. We are always in the state of becoming. We are always in the motion and flow of life and we must remember to swim, breathe with ease, and stay in the moment of breath.
Making decisions requires taking all information into account that create a sane life, making sure you find the balance of gathered thoughts, the placement of those thoughts, an understanding of the reason for the fear, and the method of applying the salve of faith to achieve the moment of truth. The acceptance of being in the moment of revelation, a place of trust where you discover the reason of the sentence, the paragraphs become chapters of the human story.
The answers of life come to you in the moments of assessment and being in action of our choices that chose the threads that sew the seams of life together into a refined quilt that paints a picture of being and living in the loving of life.
When we stay in the moment, we earn the living of your present breath by honoring the grace and the breath of life. We become a vessel of serenity. It is being present for the gifting, being accountable for our earthly steps in our modern world.
We have to be peace in order for peace to be.
