I know Millennials get a lot of flack for being lazy and entitled. Recently read a blog post by CEO of Oracle, Mark Hurd, about getting behind this generation. They are the future- might not be such a bad idea. http://markhurd.com/

I like the delivery, but the speech itself is questionable. Millenials seem to be working longer hours while lacking job security of previous generations – https://www.ft.com/content/8d22895a-20dc-11e6-aa98-db1e01fabc0c So that myth about insatiable job-hoppers is something that is being pushed on us by company optimizers that always want to cut the unnecessary positions. And there is this weird stereotype that if you offer millenial a snack and a coloring book with horses (look, here is one – http://colorkid.net/coloring-pages-world-animals/coloring-pages-horses ), they will become loyal. No, they are real smart people and all those methods are extremely transparent.
