Allergies, sinus pressure and headache, migraine, pneumonia, sleep apnea, upper respiratory and sinus infections–I’ve had them all over the years, and I’ve tried everything for relief, from neti pots and acupuncture to traditional medicine and plenty of prescriptions.
New England winters don’t help either.
That same relief we all get briefly from a hot shower or a nice, hot washcloth on the face has been turned into a mask that can help provide relief for hours called Sniff Relief. You can wear it at night or whenever you need immediate sinus relief.
From that first hot-nostril-oh-no-I’m-getting-sick-or-my-allergies-are-kicking-into-high-gear feeling to the prolonged sounds-like-you-have-a cold voice, Sniff Relief can work better and faster than many of those over-the-counter cold aids we all collect over the years. (I’m sure your medicine cabinet looks as awful and outdated as mine.)
So what does this Sniff Relief look like? Check out my glamour shots below.
How do I look? Like a superhero, right? Na na na na Na na na na – SNIFF RELIEF MAN!
Unlike warm washcloths or heating pads, the mask is perfect for writing, grading papers, or watching movies when the kids are under the weather. (And the kids can use their own masks thanks to the adjustable nose bridge). It’s easy to use, heats up immediately (faster than my stove does when I’m making cold-relief hot toddies), and is made without chemicals. Plus, it’s not an addictive product like my years spent chasing after the perfect nose spray or pseudo-ephedrine.
I love my meds, but I’d rather have a natural solution–wouldn’t you?
This girl is proof that you can do pretty much anything while you get your Sniff Relief on.
