Stress in Abundance

My pet cat gives me perspective when I’m busy and stressed out.

#27: It’s true. Your cat doesn’t care. No cat cares about your conference calls or your stress. Leading, obviously, to the thinking person eventually wondering “then why do I care?” But then again, the cat does care about cat food. I used to tell my cat all the time “who’s gonna buy the cat food if you don’t leave me alone long enough for me to get my work done to make the money to buy the cat food?” and the cat never replied.
