She takes a look into her painful past on ‘Jessica Jones’ season 2
Jessica Jones is not your average hero. She is imperfect, has flaws and doesn’t really want to be a superhero. All she really seems to want is to live a normal life. She has a hard exterior, but does care about those close to her. In season 2 she has to take a look into her past, something she hasn’t done in a long time. I was able to watch screeners of the first five episodes and here is what I thought of them.
You can read the plot for Jessica Jones season 2 here:
New York City private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is beginning to put her life back together after murdering her tormenter, Kilgrave. Now known throughout the city as a super-powered killer, a new case makes her reluctantly confront who she really is while digging deeper into her past to explore the reasons why.
A lot of surprising things happen on these episodes. Jess finds out she wasn’t the only test subject from IGH, and that someone is killing the other subjects. It forces her to take a long look at her past, which is something she has been avoiding for many years. She also is forced to take anger management classes, and she is not thrilled about it. This case continues to grow and evolve, and I am eager to see where it takes her next. If you want to learn more about Jessica Jones click on this website.
