“I came out here to see what hate looks like,” Country star tells protesters.

Fred Phelps’ band of intolerant protestors got a surprise Sunday when musician Vince Gill called them on their antics. The incident occurred outside of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, Missouri, where Gill was scheduled to perform. The Westboro Baptist Church, famous for their homophobic protests at soldier funerals, are regulars outside of the Kauffman Center.
The self-appointed spokespeople for Jesus asked the country singer, “What are you doing with another man’s wife? Don’t you know that divorce plus remarriage equals adultery?” Gill’s second wife is Christian singer Amy Grant. Jesus was unavailable for comment.
The incident was captured on video:
Was Gill right to confront the protestors? Let us know your thoughts.

Who are these people that think they are right.
I think the lady that was talking about the addition and what it equals needs to go back to school. She is totally wrong!!! ;If we were to follow them around, I am sure their lives are not perfect.
I think Vince was right!
I liked Vince Gill standing up to them. I just wish he would have been calmer, used no profanity, and used more Bible-based logical attacks to put them down.
I can agree with Vince on one thing: Westboro gives Christians a bad name.
