Garland Niblett

I am the marketing director and co-founder of Sunrise Wellness & Counseling. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and ISSA. I am passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. Within my 20 plus years as a personal trainer, I have battled through PTSD and being classified as morbid obese. I know the side of being fit to a degree of competing as a bodybuilder but I also know how it feels to be overweight and having to rely on several prescribed medications. I specialize in binge/emotional eating, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and weight loss by the use of Intermittent Fasting. I am committed to helping people find peace with their body and loving who they are, and not what society expects them to look like.
