Martin Woods

Martin is the author of the sci-fi novel, The Visualiser, and the writing guide, Prompt Me to Write. He's written hundreds of cryptic crossword for The Big Issue and co-created The Da Vinci Game, a riddle board game that sold fifty thousand copies. Martin's currently working on a fantasy novel.

For the last two decades, he's worked as an SEO consultant and written hundreds of articles for major SEO publications, including Semrush and Ahrefs. He hosts an online writing Meetup, as well as organising regular writing retreats in France.

He has a degree in Psychology and applies his understanding of human nature to his writing, considering having dynamic real-life characters essential to any story, whether they're humans, aliens, or spaceships.
