It’s a simple list. But it can be extraordinarily helpful to simply check this list once in a while to make sure your relationship is healthy and staying the course.
- What is my intuition telling me?
- Does this relationship support my growth?
- How does my partner generally make me feel?
- What are my expectations in this relationship?
- Do my partner and I have healthy boundaries?
- Do I have permission to be myself in this relationship?
- Am I remaining in this relationship because I am scared of being alone?
The above-mentioned questions can function as a template if you are feeling stuck or uncertain about what you should be asking yourself about your relationship.
