May 12, 2013 New Folsom Prison. Working out the Mother Earth theater window.
–––
This morning is writing by early dawn theater light. Happy Mother’s Day to Barbro and to all mothers out there. I have run three days in a row this week too. My back felt a bit sore and I was delaying the run until the morning warmed my body up. I did my core work as well and will do three days of bar work next.
It was a 90-degree day, and I did brief Gosling meditation. I was lucky to get my jog in before the yard went down. The ground squirrel came right up to my theater window today eating tasty weeds, buds and wild flowers. It’s getting close to dusk, and the sun is at its hottest this time of day, 5 pm.
