Man, I like watching my favorite shows like most of you do too, yet I know that if I don’t take action with the things that can make my dreams come true then I will never get there.
Don’t get me wrong, I am excited to see GOT’s new season (Game of Thrones for those that don’t know; shame on you) but I know that it isn’t something that I have to watch all in one sitting.
Take an hour or two out of your favorite shows and start doing some of these activities that will make your life much better!
Do more exercise
I know this is kind of cliché since everybody is saying that working out will make you feel better but they are not lying!
Doing a workout instead of sitting in your couch and watching TV will do wonders to your body (if done consistently) and will make you feel WAY more positive and confident with your body.
If you don’t believe then give it try for a week and see for yourself! Some use working out to release energy, others use it to harness it; it all boils down to what you want to do with it!
Read anything (for the love of God!)
I don’t know how many times I have said this, reading a good book will benefit you immensely!
If you don’t like to read then you can look for some audiobooks and hear them while you do other stuff. (Like working out haha).
Work on other projects other than your work
I know that it may sound crazy to get out of your work to then keep on working on something that you are creating but most people came out doing something great with a side hustle, so why can’t you be the next?
Go and take more time than you would watching TV and hustle on what you really want to be doing in your life.
Are you looking to learn how to code and work out of that? Then you should start by learning the languages that you want to work with every single day until you have enough knowledge and experience to work for others!
After that, you can decide whether you keep it as a side hustle or as your main objective.
At the end of the day, you can keep sitting down and watching TV for hours on end while learning nothing meaningful for your day to day life while others are doing something more productive with their time and reaching for the stars!
Much love to every single one of you!
