The things we fixate on in our thoughts and carry with great emotional energy are likely to manifest.
Due to the fact that we have a strong tendency to attract people, things and situations to us through the unconscious cords of the aura, it is of great value to energize and release our desires to see them realized.
Buddhist teachings emphasize the importance of this detachment, because holding on tightly to a fantasy of what we want to have keeps our hands full of nothing instead of dreams realized. It is by freeing our vision of our dreams that they can take on a life of their own and return to us fully transformed into reality.
When we give our dreams the necessary level of freedom to materialize in the way they prefer and we don’t follow them too closely, even the most impressive desires can come true. We therefore have the ability to bring about changes in the physical world without lifting a finger.
We continually attract to ourselves that with which we are most emotionally charged. The key to attracting what we want is to neutralize our emotional ties to really nice things, staying calm and confident that these things will happen in our lives. You yourself are energy directed by the focus of what you look at.
Let’s see an example to better understand: when your day is not good and you keep focusing on this state of mind, it seems that the day will only get worse. Positive thinking is one of the important parts of the process of attracting what you want.
Visualize desired results instead of emphasizing your mistakes — see the glass as half full rather than half empty. By making these small changes, you will begin to attract more positive energy into your life.
This idea of “what you expect is what you get” has even been observed in scientific experiments by physicists who wanted to understand the nature of the fundamental elements of matter. They were amazed to discover that electrons behave like particles or waves, depending on what the physicists expected to see. The electrons showed a deep understanding of how their final pattern should look when they had passed through double slits in single rows, which creates a perfect wave diffraction pattern. Whenever the physicists placed particle detectors in the two slits, the electrons began to behave like particles.
The meaning of this for you is that your innermost parts cooperate so that your past and future parts are where they are expected and know when they are expected to be particles or waves. By realizing how each particle of your being is conscious, you will be able to see how important it is to maintain the expectation of the realization of what you want. Even at the most fundamental level of your physical being, what you expect is what you get.
This concept of “what you expect is what you get” applies to much more than what we want. It is equally true that unpleasant things do indeed occur when we expect them to occur.
Know that complaints intertwine in the fabric of our daily lives…of course, we don’t curse intentionally, it’s something we do by the simple process of thinking negatively about ourselves, about other people, or facts.
You can, even without wanting to, curse yourself because thoughts and emotions are much more creative forces in our lives than many of us can realize, and they affect us both positively and negatively.
Let us be attentive to the pattern we are vibrating, and let us be open to changing what is not qualified in us to attract what we most desire.
