You were chosen to live how you have because of your strength; to experience the most difficult of hardships because of your ability to regenerate.
Not many can do what you do. Resilience is not something you have had to develop; it is who you are. Yes, you might have been further shaped by the cruel lessons life has taught you, but this is what you were made for.
You might believe that you are in the situation you are in because you are weak. That is not truth.
You may find yourself saying at times, “They only pick on me because I am.” Or, “Something within me draws their ire, their hatred, their disgust, and that is why I am tormented.” This is true, but not for the reasons you may believe.
There is a brightness within you that reminds them of who they could or should be… and they won’t like it. It is not for you to understand, but for you to accept. Accept the gift you give. It is one of the most unbearably painful yet vital/necessary/beautiful gifts to have been given.
If you cease regenerating, the skies will no doubt darken because your light is what illuminates the path for others who are not yet strong enough to find the way on their own.
There will be many “tests,” and whenever you pass one, another will follow. It will often be more difficult, more trying, more devastating than the one before. But that is why you are here — to loosen the bindings, making a wider bridge for us all. You are the guide who walks the path before your followers ensuring their safety by absorbing all risk. You are a hero of sorts – but don’t get too cocky. You know what each and every single one of the Spiderman movies professes, right?!

There is only one rule for the regenerative: you must never allow the light inside of you to be snuffed out.
You may find that you dim a little at times, but please, restoke your inner warmth. You may play the Spiderman to many an M.J., where you must sacrifice your feelings for the safety or path progression of others. I know, it’s heartbreaking… But we need you to regenerate the love lost and project it back out into the world — regardless of the loneliness, of the hurtful words, or the broken and bloodied skin. You must reinvent, recreate, reinspire, reinvigorate, and regain your grounding. You are needed. Never forget.

Oh, and here’s that final scene from No Way Home that hits pretty hard. You know, because I want you to cry today. It’s good for you.
Spiderman sacrifices himself resulting in the love of his f*cking life forgetting who the f*ck he is!
