When I hear this beautiful word LOVE so many things start circulating in my mind. I got so many answers from my mind. But I’m not satisfied with all these answers and always try to find the true meaning love?
So I asked so many people what is love? And I was surprised that different people have a different perspective on love.
Some people say love is friendship and some people say love is a fraud, cheap (Pyaar ek dhokha hai).
Some people believe in love and some people don’t believe in love.
Some people say love is magic and some people say love is waste of time.
Then I start to think love is so complicated, but I still want to know What is Love? Then I started to try to find out the true meaning of love from the things around me. I started to observe love in the behavior of people. Everyone says that a mother loves her children unconditionally. But when I look around I found that some parents don’t allow their children to grow. They always stop them from moving ahead. And they support their children even when their children are wrong. Is it love? According to them, they care for their children but they are possessive for their children and it does not love according to me.
Loving a child doesn’t mean giving in to all his whims; to love him is to bring out the best in him.
So the definition of love is “to bring out the best in you and the things/person you love.”
This definition applies to all relationships you have with your loved ones. Your life partner, your friends, your family, and all. If someone truly loves you then he/she helps you to be the best version of you. Be grateful for those who truly love you. And be the loving person for people around you.
Love yourself, be the best version of yourself.
And help your love to be the best version of themselves.
I just want to add that I now know the difference between real love and so called love. There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved. It’s the most beautiful thing in the world that we can do.
I know that the definition of love is different for different people and I would love to know your definition of love. The comment box is always yours.
