“With enough courage and trust, you can transform even your darkest pain into the most fulfilling purpose”
6 years ago today, I stood by my mother’s side as life left her body. It shook me to my core and pulled me into a world of darkness I thought I’d never get out of.
And for years, I let that pain define me. Overwhelmed by anxiety and dragged down by depression, I could not see a path forward. And as hope got fainter, my pain grew stronger.
But once I leaned into and took action in spite of the fears and doubts that were keeping me trapped, I found myself coming back to life.
Using my mom’s death as a wakeup call to the preciousness of life and the limitlessness of my potential, I was finally spurred into massive action in ways I never thought possible.
I am a successful coach today because of what my mom taught me, both from her living and from her passing. I am deeply impacting 100’s of people because of personal redemptive journey.
In overcoming that darkness I was given the rarest of gifts….
The ability to connect with and help others walk the seemingly impossible path from frustration and fear to purpose, success, and fulfillment.
I would never be as equipped as I am today to help people reclaim their own power to create the lives they deserve if I never gave myself permission to transform the pain and grief from my mom’s passing into purpose and impact.
There may be pain in your past. There may be pain right now.
But I assure you, you have an untapped amount of courage waiting to be activated.
You have an immeasurable amount of value, power and grit, that when used on your own behalf, will transform your pain into a beautiful form of strength for yourself and the world.
You are one fearless action away from writing your own comeback story. And I support the hell out of you taking that first step.
In memory of Christie Rosen. I love you, mom.
