UX is the buzzword when it comes to web and app design. It refers to user experience or how easy it is to use an app or website. The last thing you want is for users to land on your app or website and then feel lost because little thought is given to UX design. Your goal is to provide the best possible user experience, ensuring that any information your visitors need is right at their fingertips.
It takes experience and skill to design UX that users would instantly love. Ramotion founder and CEO, Denis Pakhaliuk, knows this all too well. The company has a team of multi-disciplinary specialists, contributing to UX design’s overall process. Denis says that his team is intentionally small because they spend as much time as necessary with every client rather than on several projects at once but compromising the results.
UX design approach
Ramotion’s UX design involves collaboration between the client and the developers. You need to specify how you want to improve your UX or what features you want in it. Apart from designing UI from scratch, Ramotion constantly iterates design improvements wherever possible to make your site and app user-friendly.
Tile, a Bluetooth tracker for keys, wallets, and phones, has a vast user base, including students, parents, elderly, and even those who consider themselves not tech-savvy. But they didn’t have such an enormous number of users by sheer luck. When they contacted Ramotion, only 29% of their users could complete their activation process successfully.
According to Denis, you get only one chance at making an excellent first impression, and you must make it count. Ramotion was responsible for optimizing the activation process at Tile, intending to make it straightforward for users to activate their device and start using the app. The UX designers set a goal to make the UI as intuitive as possible.
Previously, users had to go through the app to find out what icon they need to click to activate the device. Ramotion UX developers made a complete overhaul of the entire process. They added instructions on the home page that asked users to firmly press the “E” button on Tile and listen for the tune. Then, they had to place the Tile next to their phone to activate the device. This made activation a lot easier than before. The new activation interface improved the successful activation numbers by 60%.
Ramotion’s capabilities
From interactive prototypes to competitive analysis, Ramotion implements engaging, intuitive, and easy-to-use interfaces that allow users to navigate through the website or app without any confusion.
Every company has quantifiable business goals that enable potential customers to convert to loyal customers. But to achieve that goal, you need to have a user-friendly interface so that existing customers can enjoy interacting with your brand and wouldn’t think twice about referring your site or app to others.
From auditing your website’s current status to monitoring its success after revamping the UI, Ramotion takes a step-by-step approach to make your app or website successful. It comes up with a vision plan before every project ensures that it meets clients’ requirements and improves the app or website’s performance over time.
