It’s not always easy to get excited about sex after working eight hours a day and after that, taking care of your kids.

Or, even if you have your own business and work over 12 hours a day, like me.
I thought I just was “old”, and that’s how it was going to be.

Let me ask you something: Have you ever feel too tired or too busy for sex? Or does your sex drive just not seem to be there like it used to? That’s how I felt a few years back when I was in my early 30s.
Imagine being a fitness professional, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor and not having much of a sex drive? Yep. That was where I was.
Before that, I was a guy with a high sex drive who made many less-than-great decisions because I was thinking with my other head way too much. How ironic is that?
At first, I thought I just was “old”, and that’s how it was going to be. After all, I was already exercising and eating right–so I thought.
I saw a few doctors who were not very helpful. But then I decided to start researching about hormones, stress, sleep and what a man’s body needs to maintain a healthy sex drive. Long story short, through the issue in my life, I discovered some surefire ways to rev up my sex drive.
And I want to share with you, our sex drive plays an important role in our life as men. One very important lesson is that modern life isn’t kind to the human libido.
Modern living sets you up for too little sleep, not enough exercise, poor nutrition, too much stress, exposure to man-made chemicals that can affect your hormones, and the list goes on and on. I think you get the picture. And there’s some irony here, too.
We’re being bombarded with marketing messages telling us that we should work our asses off to be successful enough to afford the material things that attract women. Like expensive cars, watches, clothes, etc.–then because of all the exhausting pressure–we can’t perform well when we finally meet the right woman.
Let’s forget all that and get down to some actions you can start taking today to boost your sex drive naturally. No little blue pill needed.

Part 1: Introduction
Sex. It’s one of the most pleasurable experiences a guy can have. Besides the fact that it’s a way to connect with those we love–or are least very attracted to–it’s how we keep the species going.
And for most guys, our sexual desire, and ability to perform is intimately tied to our identity as men. Instead of talking about the psychology of sex, I’m going to tell you about the biology of sex and how our health plays a part in our sex drive. You’ll also learn how to supercharge you sex drive without any weird supplements with names like “King Cobra.”
In this episode, you’ll learn how the health of your body is intimately related to your sex drive and how I this connection eludes many men. I don’t want you thinking that a low sex drive is a viagra deficiency–because it’s not.
Listen to all the episodes in this series to learn how to increase your sex drive naturally without drugs or supplements.
Part 2: Sleep
When it comes to boosting your sex drive and improving your hormone levels, you’ll hear about the “toxins” in our food that are disrupting our testosterone levels. And from my talks with leading health experts, there’s some compelling evidence that’s it’s true. But you usually won’t hear about sleep.
Improving the quality of your sleep may be the number one thing you can do to ramp up your sex drive (as well as improving all sorts of other markers of health like memory and learning).
The best part is that many of the tips I share is this episode won’t cost you anything. You simply need to start doing them.
In this episode, you’ll learn why the morning is the best time to prepare to have a great night’s sleep. How to equip your bedroom to the best sleep of your life and how to wind down so that you don’t toss and turn when you get to bed–you just fall right to sleep.
Part 3: Nutrition
What does your nutrition have to do with supercharging your sex drive? A lot. Eating the right amount and the right quality food can make a huge difference in your sex drive.
In this episode, you’ll learn why the more fat a man has on his body can affect his hormones and sex drive. How simple nutrition habits (like the ones I share in this episode) are better than dieting, and which “super foods” can ramp up sexual desire and performance.
Part 4: Exercise
Exercises or, as I like to call it, movement, is a fundamental part of keeping your body healthy. In general, the healthier your body, the higher your sex drive is.
But too much exercise can be as bad (or worse) than too little. And not all exercise is created equally with regard to the health benefits you reap.
In this episode, you’ll learn how a lack of exercise can lead to poor health, the dangers of too much exercise and what forms of exercise are best for sexual health.
