Quit acting like it’s something to be fixed.

I don’t have to “protect my transgender” child. I raised them properly. They were taught to respect all people, to respect God/Nature, to walk away from pernicious, nonsensical thought after applying logic and reason. They were taught about sexuality at an appropriate age and the list goes on. How DARE anybody look at their body and gender and whine that God/nature has made a mistake? Lunacy!
There’s no genetic malfunction. there’s environment, poor parenting, the media, the need to feel special and different and get attention. Every soul on the planet and coped with resolving the issue of having two parents (present or missing,) one of each gender. It’s resolved in the mind, not on an operating table or in the opposite gender’s restroom.
This is a first world issue—the rest of the world is trying to work, survive, eat, pray and love. If you don’t have a pair, you never will. If you do have a pair, wake up and act as though you do. The hubris of challenging your own genetics as though some kind of error has been made is astonishing in the length and breadth of its self-centeredness and ignorance.
