My friends at The Good Men Project are doing something special that is needed more than ever. The Good Men Project is creating a new form of media-“ Participatory Media.” No one else has a way that groups of people can actually talk to each other every day in an organized fashion about some of the most important topics on the planet.
I’m grateful to be a part of this wonderful community. When I started writing my blogs a couple of years ago it was The Good Men Project that supported me by giving feedback and then posting my blogs on their website www.goodmenproject.com. Their platform gave me the opportunity to express myself, share my experiences and more importantly connect with other men.
Our world is moving very fast, too fast that it can be difficult to navigate sometimes. This is where I believe it’s important to have a spiritual fitness practice in place and to be a part of certain communities that we feel aligned with like-mined people. What’s important to understand is we each have the power to choose our communities. I’m grateful to be a part of a yoga community, meditation community, a men’s group , a writing group, etc. These communities help me slow down, look within and most important connect with others.

Connection! We all need it. The Good Men Project has created a wonderful community where men can connect and help one another. This platform gives men the opportunity to have a voice and make a difference in the world. See part of living a spiritual fitness life is to serve others and GMP is a gateway to make that happen. One way we can serve other men is to talk or write about our struggles and how we overcame them. Vulnerability is the new strength.
Like it or not the role of masculinity is changing and many men are like a deer in headlights and don’t which way to turn. GMP has been on the forefront of this issue from day 1 and has continued to stay one step ahead to come up with solutions for men to navigate in the world today.
Thank you Good Men Project for your existence and to continue to improve our planet for men and women. To support GMP’s new “Participatory Media” click here.
We are all connected. Please share with your network
Live Brave,
Chris
