Whenever I feel down, I need a little pick me up.
Normally, I’ll watch some YouTube videos that inspire me. But it doesn’t always work. I need to reaffirm my capabilities.
That’s why I use affirmations. Why do affirmations work? Because the words you use matter.
I have a rotation of ten powerful affirmations that always make me feel better.
I repeat them to myself or in a mirror to remind myself, “I’ve got this.”
Give them a try and see what you think.
I am unstoppable.
I can do hard things.
I am the one in control of my life.
I can do anything I set my mind to.
My power is too great to be contained.
I am so lucky everything goes my way.
Today is a beautiful day. I can and I will.
I have the power to create the life I want.
I am a force of nature to be reckoned with.
I am resilient and can overcome any challenge.
