Oftentimes, we have dreams we can’t remember and we have dreams that are very vivid. The dreams we do remember have meanings but to interpret those meanings is extremely difficult.
Each aspect of a dream has its own meaning and in order to find the meaning behind dreams, all of the aspects need to be combined and further interpreted.
People don’t usually have the time or energy to do this in the free time they have. It’s just a lot to do for someone who isn’t in the field or a related field.

1. Being attacked or chased
These types of dreams can differ on the type of attack or chase as well as location. These types of dreams represent overall life stress.
It may be the stress is catching up with you and bombarding you all at once. These types of dreams can also mean you are running away from or trying to escape something in your life
2. Being lost and/or trapped
These dreams commonly occur when you are confused about something in your life. There may be things happening in your life that make you feel powerless or out of your control.
You may experience these types of dreams when you’re feeling lost or desperate for something.
3. Car or other transportation accident
This dream usually occurs when there is something going on in your life that is out of control. It’s as if this part of your life continues to spiral out of control until you crash, which is why you may dream about crashing or other accidents.
4. Natural disaster/man-made disasters
Typically people experience these types of dreams when they are confronted with or dealing with very serious issues or problems. These dreams could also represent personal problems that are spiraling out of control.
5. Falling
Falling is among one of the most common dreams people experience regardless of age. This can represent feelings of insecurity or helplessness.
It’s not uncommon for people to literally fall out of their bed during this type of dream.
6. Being inappropriately dressed in public
This also occurs among people of all ages and is relatively common. It represents vulnerability and possibly exposing oneself to another in some way. It could also be representative of shame or embarrassment in your life.
7. Poor performance
This usually occurs when you may be tested with some challenge in life whether it be a school exam or challenge to make a decision that will strongly impact your life.
Some dream experts have suggested this can also mean anxiety regarding recent sexual performance.
8. House and/or property damage or loss
These types of dreams may happen when there is something of value in your life that is at risk. The positive aspect of these types of dreams is that you discover new things about the thing of value at risk and are able to better prepare.
9. Missing your connecting flight or train stop
Experiencing these types of dreams can represent feelings of missing out on things. They can also occur when you’re feeling anxious or feel you are losing touch with someone in your life.
10. Dying or being ill or being injured
This type of dream may represent something in your life that is no longer there or something within yourself that is no longer working. The positive aspect of these types of dreams are the possibilities of new beginnings.
Some experts have suggested these types of dreams can represent anxiety about how others perceive you and your physical appearance.
