Borderline personality disorder (BPD) can be crippling to an individual’s ability to function, particularly in relationships. But Amanda Wang is not one to let anything keep her down, especially not for the count. In this video, which she created through Kickstarter, she discusses her diagnosis, treatment, and recovery and reveals how the concept of radical acceptance helped her reclaim her life. Her story was also featured in Psychology Today.
