Its massive trunk and wide ramifying branches stand at the same time separate and yet part of the greater whole.
It is everything and nothing at the same time.
Is it not a great wonder that the vast livingness is created from nothing more than crushed rock, sun and rainfall.
That with the alchemical mixing of these simple elements such beauty of form is lovingly crafted and raised up from the earth?
For centuries it will reside here, participative with the endless giving and receiving of being.
And all of this with ease, grace and an overarching beneficient gratitude for life.
Written deep within the bark is the yoga of ecology, this is union.
