If you are not aware of the predicament of Prince Andrew, you are a sensible person, not reading trash news. On the other hand, your self respect will be aware that Virginia Giuffre deserves justice.
Despite being a public figure, Prince Andrew has had sex with young women half his age and not known anything about them. How many others are there? But were adults, so cannot bring legal action. It was in the news last week that he partied with a model in St Tropez and even went with her to the ladies room for ‘a neck rub’. Photos were taken for which they both posed.
Good men know with whom they have sex. They know the name of their partner, where they are from, what they do, and much more. This is because good men respect women and don’t use them for an orgasm.
Self respecting men don’t have children coming out of their past with law suits. Nor do they keep the company of child sex traffickers. It can be hard to detect such people but generally something seems odd. Like lots of young women being in a mansion.
Prince Andrew is rumoured to be paying GBP12m to Ms Giuffre in an out of court settlement. Initially, he wanted her seen by a psychiatrist for fake memories. He was victim shaming and blaming.
Decent men don’t do this. Decent men treat women with respect and will never shame a woman in any way. They will teach their sons to do the same.
A one night stand may seem tempting and not a cause for concern. Don’t be fooled or tempted. Have principles, respect yourself, take that woman to her home and politely leave her there.
We don’t want more men causing shame twenty years later to their wider family and children. Women are to be respected even if they appear to lack self respect. The truth can never be fully known in a drunken moment.
Prince Andrew is a lesson to all men who aren’t yet respecting themselves.
