We are all “busy” in this modern era, hardly taking time to actually sit down and think on anything, we go into autopilot mode and forget to turn it off.
This should stop, we need time for ourselves to think and debate with our conscience on what we should we doing and what could be improved. We have to know what we re going to do before we start at all.
Think of it this way:
Imagine that you are going to build a house, the first thing you do is think how you are going to build the house, is it going to be created for a family to get together or do you want it to be centered on the kitchen alone?
There are endless decisions you can make, all leading to a different path but if you didn’t take the time to think all of this and started building you will find a lot of problems along the way, you will go over your budget and could even stop building the house entirely.
Now, if we think of our life as the house portayed before it would seem obvious that we would prefer to plan ahead of time to avoid taking more money out of our budget or in this case our time. (Lets not forget that we can make more money but not more time, so t’s importsnt to use it wisely)
There will be times where you have to act fast, but that is a short term decision generally.
Don’t wing it when thinking of your life, you should have a clear idea of what you want to do and the goals you want to achieve. That is where taking time to think every single day helps you.
Meditate
I like to meditate, it gives me some quiet time with myself where I can focus on anything I want.
Yes, I know that some people will think that when you are meditating that you have to let your ideas go, and that is true but I like to do both, I like to let my ideas flow in the morning, think on what I want to become while being grateful for everything I have and at night I use meditation to relax and release tension.
Never forget that you have one life and it can end at any moment so plan it well, live amazingly and most of all, enjoy the proccess!
