There are two kinds of love we meet in this life. One feels like home. The other feels like a storm.
Toxic love is loud. It drains you, It’s full of games, doubts, and tears. One minute you’re flying, the next you’re questioning your worth.
You give, but it’s never enough.
You stay, but deep down you know you’re breaking. Toxic love teaches you how much pain a heart can carry.
Safe love…
That’s different. It’s quiet but strong.
It doesn’t confuse you, it doesn’t make you beg.
Safe love feels like peace after chaos.
It’s knowing someone’s got you, even on your worst days.
It’s trust without fear, growth without pain, and being seen without having to scream for attention.
Most of us have tasted toxic love first.
Maybe that’s why safe love feels so unreal when it finally comes.
You’re not used to being chosen without a fight, loved without conditions, or cared for without hidden motives.
But that’s how love is supposed to be.
If it costs you your peace, it’s not love. If it feels safe, steady, and healing, don’t run from it. That’s the love you deserve.
