Monday was national dog day
So here is a picture of my dog sleeping on the day of celebration for her

I think she is sleeping
Either that or she spent too much time at her buddy Snoops house!
Sometimes the hard truths are what we need to hear
When I was a teenager my nickname amongst my friends was Gangsta Q.
It’s not because I was tough and feared, but because of my love for hip hop music, particularly gangsta rap at the time.
Although if you doubt the reasons for that name, just go ask Tommy two fingers… if you can find him…
I’m way too nice of a guy to be a real gangsta.
But every now and then the darker side of me comes out.
The one who will say it completely how he sees it.
The one who will deliver a few hard hitting home truths.
That guy is Gangsta Q
And this weeks e-mail is sponsored by Gangsta Q
Yes, working a full time job is hard
Yes, raising a family is exhausting
Yes, ‘spare time’ is at a premium
But life will never get ‘easier’
There is no ‘perfect moment’
‘I will just wait until’ time never materalizes
Something else replaces it
None of that is your fault
So if you find yourself tired and struggling then please remember that
But if you find yourself really wanting to break free and work on yourself and get that feeling of ownership back.
That feeling of pride.
Accomplishing something that means so much to you.
Something you want to brag about to your kids.
You have the support and resources you need to help you with all of this.
Yet you still find every reason not too.
Then that becomes a choice
A choice that you make
How I Can Help
The goal getter challenge is designed to help exactly with this.
Helping you:
1. Understand what’s actually important to you
